    Career Summary

    Steve is a founding partner of Lee & Associates Vancouver. He is one of the managing partners and is also the designated industrial broker for the firm. He has over 44 years of experience in industrial real estate in Vancouver, having first entered the industry with Town Group Realty in 1977.

    Throughout his career, Steve has consistently been the top producer at Lee & Associates Vancouver and one of the top commercial real estate brokers in the city. His tenacity and diligence are what sets him apart as a leader. He has an established list of clientele who refer to him regularly for advice and transactional services. He is actively involved with large multi-market clients, working with partners back east and in the U.S.

    Given his experience and relationships, Steve has expertise in the transportation and trucking sector, manufacturing and distribution sectors, and has been involved in numerous investment transactions. Recently he has been very active in sales of buildings to owners-occupiers as well as individual sites transitioning to multi-family residential. Working with younger stars in his office, Steve has formed a number of successful teams to assist his many clients.
