Lee & Associates Vancouver Strengthens Leadership with Expanded Principal Team

VANCOUVER, BC, September 22, 2025 – Lee & Associates Vancouver is proud to announce that James Bayley, Sebastian Espinosa, Chris McIntyre, Neil McAllister, Arash Rezai, and Ryan Saunders are joining Steve Caldwell as Principals of the firm. Each of these accomplished professionals has been a long-standing member of our brokerage team, contributing their experience and commitment to the company’s growth. This next generation of leadership reflects the talent developed within our firm and the strength of Lee & Associates’ broker-owned model.

As we enter this new chapter, we reflect on the legacy of three of our founding partners, John McIntyre, Scott Primrose, and Bob Saunders, whose vision and integrity established the foundation of our firm. We extend our deepest thanks to them as they step back after decades of dedication and leadership. Their guidance has carried us through multiple eras of growth and evolution.

Our firm traces its roots to the redevelopment of Vancouver’s historic Gastown in 1967 and was incorporated as Town Group Realty Ltd. in 1970. Over the years, the firm grew through affiliations with J.J. Barnicke and DTZ, before it joined the Lee & Associates network in 2016 to become its first Canadian office.
