VANCOUVER, BC – December 19, 2019 – The Vancouver office of Lee & Associates announces it will now provide Hospitality and Senior Housing real estate services with the addition of Shay Dadon as Vice President of Hospitality & Senior Housing, Canada and Bill Jassal as Senior Associate, Hospitality & Senior Housing, Canada. The new team will focus exclusively on providing the industry’s most dynamic and effective marketplace for the acquisition and disposition of hospitality properties throughout Canada.

Heading the Hospitality & Senior Housing team, Shay has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including various management positions in luxury/upscale hotel and casino companies. His clients include private and public companies as well as financial institutions. Transactions consist of all types of hotels ranging from full service, select service and limited service. He has successfully completed hotel acquisitions and dispositions throughout BC and Canada.

Bill is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional with over 25 years of continuous success in commercial and residential real estate. His depth of knowledge extends not only to the intricacies of the highly competitive Vancouver and BC real estate markets, but to other regional markets as well.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, both Shay and Bill were brokers at Marcus & Millichap Vancouver.
