Lee & Associates Vancouver Completes $3.82 Million Industrial Sale in Vancouver, BC

Vancouver, BC – The Vancouver office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has completed a $3.82 Million sale of a brand new 8,000 square foot office/showroom/warehouse unit.

The property is a corner unit at 1991 Franklin Street, which is part of the new IRONWORKS development located in East Vancouver’s Port Town neighbourhood.

Ryan Saunders and Mitch Ellis represented the buyer in this transaction, an investor who purchased the unit from Ironworks Development Ltd.

Lee & Associates is currently marketing this unit for lease on behalf of the buyer.
