Lee & Associates Vancouver Negotiates $8.6M Retail & Lot Sale

VANCOUVER, BC – November 5, 2018 – The Vancouver office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, negotiated a $8,610,000 sale of two lots in Vancouver.

The lots, totaling 11,654 SF, of which includes an 8,109 SF retail building and a parking structure (4,026 SF), is located at 1801 Commercial Drive and 1656 East 2nd Avenue, respectively.

Chris McIntyre and Ryan Barichello of Lee & Associates Vancouver represented the seller, whose name is undisclosed.

“This was an extremely rare opportunity to secure a prime corner property along Vancouver’s popular Commercial Drive, also known as “The Drive,” said Mr. McIntyre, noting that this property was the former home to the Wonderbucks store.

Currently unoccupied, the buyer is in the process of leasing the retail building and has plans to redevelop the property in the future.
